How fast do ads arrive?
Most videos arrive within 7 days of your request. Your creator is cast and filmed within 96 hours. If a video takes 14 days or more, it's free.
What if my creators can't make it?
You rank five for every shoot. Your first pick is booked the moment they say yes. If they can't, we book your highest-ranked yes. If nobody can, we tell you right away and recast.
Do I write the script?
Either way works. Fill in our script template, line by line with what they say and what we film. Or let us write it from your brand. If we write it, we email it to you before the shoot.
How do my products get to the shoot?
Ship them to our Los Angeles studio once, with tracking. We check every box in and keep your products on hand for future shoots. Apps and services skip this step.
What can I do with the ads?
Run them anywhere, paid or organic, for as long as you like.
What if I want changes?
Review every file. Approve it, or leave notes on the exact moment you want changed. A real editor makes the changes. Your first revision round is free.
